We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. To start a return, contact us first at info@furview.com — do not ship anything back without prior written authorization.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
• Unused and Unworn — The product has never been used or played with by a pet.
• Original condition — all tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase — your order number or receipt is required
• Pre-authorized — you have received confirmation from us before shipping the item back
Returns that arrive without prior authorization or outside of these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
How to Start a Return
Follow these steps:
1. Email info@furview.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos or a short video.
2. We'll review your request within 3 business days and notify you whether it's approved. If approved, we'll send you the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend requesting a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we'll notify you of the outcome and process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason:
• Our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, item arrived damaged): we cover return shipping in full.
• Customer preference (changed mind, ordered the wrong style): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for any return.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement — this is outside our control.
• If 5 business days have passed since we notified you of approval and you still haven't received the refund, check your bank account first, then contact your bank. If you're still unable to locate it, email us at info@furview.com.
• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different style or color, let us know when you contact us to initiate a return and we'll arrange an exchange where possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@furview.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos or video evidence. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly, including return shipping costs where applicable.
Order Cancellations
• You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Contact us immediately at info@furview.com with your order number.
• If the order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
