Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During peak periods or holidays, processing may take an additional day. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Standard Shipping Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 business days) + Transit time (4–7 business days) = approximately 5–9 business days from order to door.
Express Shipping Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 business days) + Transit time (1–3 business days) = approximately 2–5 business days from order to door.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is on all US orders.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after you receive it.
• Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update after the first carrier scan.
• If you're unable to track your package or the tracking information hasn't updated after 72 hours, contact us at info@furview.com. We'll follow up with the carrier and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly outside the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@furview.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier promptly and keep you updated. We appreciate your patience and will always work to make it right.
Order Cancellations
• You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Contact us immediately at info@furview.com with your order number.
• If payment has been processed and the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once the package is delivered — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Currently, We Ship to the United States Only
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid US address.
